Training (layout) I usually run morning shifts a few days a week which consist of distance running of 30-50 minutes. In the evening, the workouts vary with everything from intervals and long workouts to strength workouts. A typical week I am on 9-10 sessions in total. Where 3-4 of the sessions are morning running. Such a week usually consists of 3 slightly tougher interval sessions that can be anything from shorter sprints of 30m to longer intervals of several minutes per interval. A strength workout is also usually included and then it is classic to run long workouts on Sundays. The long sessions usually consist of 90-120 minutes of running. Most weeks I have a training-free day to rest my body and it is usually on Fridays.

Diet I try to get a lot of carbohydrates in me. A classic breakfast for me consists of a large portion of porridge with cinnamon and raisins on it, boiled eggs and a sandwich. I like pasta and the usual thing is that at least lunch or dinner consists of it, sometimes both meals. Spaghetti and minced meat sauce is the dish I prefer to eat before training and competition. Immediately after finishing training, I usually eat a Premium Bar from Pure so that I get something in me before dinner.

Merits My biggest merits are Swedish Championship gold in the 1500m outdoors, Swedish Championship gold in the 800m indoors. European Championships in 800m. Finnkampen 800m. As well as several international junior championships. Right now I am up to 43 Swedish Championship medals.

Favorite addition from PSN. The best thing about Pure’s products is that there is such a wide range of products for different purposes. During the workouts, it is perfect to bring a sports drink, energy gel and energy bar and after the workouts it is really good to be able to get a premium bar right away. If I have to choose a product that I like the most, it is the premium bar with double chocolate.

Exercise:
I have been part of Yannick Tregaro’s training group for some time now. Today it also consists of the elite athletes Thobias Montler, who belongs to the world top in long jump, and Fredrik Samuelsson, Sweden’s best all-rounder. Others that Yannick has trained before include the Olympic gold medalist in three-step Christian Olsson and the world record holder in high jump indoor Kajsa Bergqvist.

At RIG (Riksidrottsgymnasiet) we usually run morning sessions three days a week and these usually consist of different types of supplementary basic training of strength, balance, mobility, endurance etc. and then the technical training and additional strength, resilience, explosiveness, prehab training etc. by my coach. I also have some shorter supplemental mobility sessions I run sometimes, for example during recovery days. These have been put together for me by my father, who is a so-called postural trainer and massage therapist. Diet:
I try to eat as balanced a diet as possible and avoid too many sweets. I usually do not always eat that much for breakfast on the days I do not eat breakfast immediately after a morning workout. But always eat a hearty lunch and dinner. It can often be difficult to get to the snacks in a good way on the way between home, school and training and then I think that some form of dietary supplement can be suitable for example before or immediately after a workout, such as a Premium Bar after a afternoon session in anticipation of dinner. Favorite dishes are otherwise pasta carbonara or sushi.

Merits and goals:
My biggest merits are 8 Youth SM gold in the disciplines length, height, triple jump and 60m hurdles. My long-term goal is to establish myself as an athlete in the absolute world top in long jump and / or triple jump and hopefully be relevant for participation already in the Paris Olympics 2024. In the shorter term, it is to take a medal during this year’s Senior SM and to win the Junior SM in the disciplines I compete in.

Favorite product:
At the time of writing, I have not had time to decide yet. But there are a number of candidates as Pure has so many different good products that are suitable on different occasions for different purposes. Pure BAR premium vanilla / chocolate is probably good considering the taste, but Pure energy sports drink is, for example, perfect to have during a workout.

Other:
I live in Sävedalen in Partille and started training athletics already at the age of seven in Sävedalens AIK, but switched to Örgryte Athletics a couple of years ago. Other sports I have practiced over the years are football, tennis and karate, but today it is only athletics that counts. I have also been involved with music since I was little and play piano and some guitar and drums. I study the Nature Program at Katrinelund, which is a National Sports High School for athletics and handball, but has over 10 more different sports represented there.

Diet:
Since I exercise an incredible amount, diet is very important to me. I practice a sport that is very interval-based, which means that we burn a lot of calories. This means that we constantly have to eat a lot and right. I try to vary between meat, fish along with carbohydrates such as rice, pasta, potatoes. In addition to this, salad, berries and other vitamins and minerals that keep my body in good shape and that allow me to perform at a high level in both training and competition. But I do not go for a special diet but I try to have a well-balanced diet and of course treat myself to junk when you feel like it! Except when you approach a little bigger competitions, then you do not have to eat quite as much because we then do not train as hard and intensively as we do during most of the rest of our season.
